Our challenge this month at
is
Make it Colourful
We are sponsored by
So I pulled out the new in-colour papers and card
along with my new stamp and punch set
Lovely You
and had a play.
I absolutely love the new colours, but my favourite has to be
Magenta Madness!!
I cut strips of each colour and punched either end with
the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch.
This punch at two different types of finishes and you can punch
in 3 different widths!!
I adhered them to the card, slightly slanting every other piece
so no white was showing between them.
I stamped and white embossed the butterflies using
the Butterfly gala stamp
and matching punch.
The wings were curled and adhered in place,
then I added the antenna.
The sentiment is from the Lovely You stamp set
and was stamped using Magenta Madness ink pad.
I am looking forward to seeing all your bright and cheerful cards!!
Just remember to STAMP!!
If you have never stamped before then treat yourself.
Once you try there is no going back, you will be hooked!!
