Double post!

Our new challenge for June has started over at
and the theme is
Furry friends/anything goes but remember to stamp!

We do have a great prize this month so be
sure and get your entries in!

For my card I pulled out another old stamp from
Scrapberry called Best Friends.
The papers are from my stash and I machine stitched them
to my base card.
The girl and cat were stamped on white card
and I then machine stitched round that too.
She has been coloured up with markers
and two sentiments added from the same set.
I added two flowers cut from some paper (SU)
and added a few sequins to finish.

Our June challenge over at
has started and the theme here is
Close to nature/anything goes

We also have a brill prize here too
so come and join us!

For my card I used a yellow base card.
I cut a piece of white card to fit on top
and ran it through my sewing machine.
I then got a piece of green card from Mintay Papers
and using a stamp from Visible Image called
Background Vision to one side.
I then used a dotty stencil and some gesso
to the left side of my green card
and cut it to fit inside my stitching.
I stamped the flowers from a set from
John Next Door and coloured them up with markers.
I added some dimension and attached to the centre
and finished with a bow.
The sentiment was stamped using Country Birdhouse (SU).
