My Grandson Tom is turning 12 next month
and along with a regular card I decided
to make him this traveller's notebook.
He is very into story writing and sketching so
I thought a wee ideas book would be useful.
It is pretty thick and holds a lot.
I was inspired by a die set from Sizzix
but unfortunately it is one of those thick dies
and my machine will not take those.
So I watched a video by Eileen Hull
where she shows you how to put the book
together and I just made my own measurements
and made the above.

ReplyDeleteI have always thought that as crafters we can make anything if we put our minds to it. I know when I just started and had very little I came up with so many things just by having a good look at things, I still am a visual learner too. xx
