My week just doesn't feel right without getting inky fingers!
Today's card just evolved slowly lol.
I started with the trees and mound and was thinking of going Christmas and snow
but totally changed my mind mid way and started to add in the grass and colour the trees.
I then made a background and then more grass, little flowers etc and finished with the tree!
Took me ages but I do need the practise lol and it is so relaxing.
I followed the sketch over at Try stampin' on Tuesdays.

A beautiful winter card, love the background you created for the fir tree
ReplyDeleteI love this so much, I think the grass peeping through is a good idea, looks like the snow was melting when it froze, gorgeous card Pinky.xx
ReplyDeleteYou do inky well Pinky, so nice to see you getting mucky mitts and it's always fun and like you often end up somewhere totally different to where I intended.
