Carved wood technique!

So I had a little play on Sunday past as the weather
was atrocious with thunder, lightening and torrential rain!
What's a girl to do other than craft??

Anyway I decided to have a go at the carved wood technique.
I used items from Lisa Horton:
Poinsettia & Holly embossing folder
Painted Stripes texture stamps
Nested stitched bubble squares.
The inks I used are soft suede and bermuda bay (SU)
and matching ribbon and card from SU as well.

I did make a mistake when putting it into the embossing folder 🙈
should have been indented!!
But I still like the finished effect.
Another excuse to try again lol.

I would like to enter this into
