The 1st of March already!
As you know, I am gathering up little gifts for the grandsons for
St. Patrick's Day and these little packages hold a curly wurly bar.
Oh my goodness, these bars this year have become sooooo small.
Probably a good thing but seriously!!
You can watch my video here.
It is very quick and easy lol.
Measurements needed to follow along
DSP - 3 1/4" x 8 1/4"
Score short side - 1/2", 3/4", 2", 2 1/4"
score long side - 3/4", 7 1/2"
I would like to enter these into
Product List
Brilliant way to cover these, your kids are so lucky you go to so much trouble for them. BTW, Curly wurly bars ahve gotten smaller and smaller, like Mars bars and have you seen Wagon wheels....xxx
ReplyDeleteA fun way to give them a sweetie
ReplyDeleteGlad it's not just me who thinks chocolate bars are getting smaller, I bought a Caramel bar the other day and it was sooooo tiny. On the positive side less calories I guess.
ReplyDeleteYour Grandsons are going to love all these special treats you have been making for them.

Pinky, you are so inventive- the ideas you come up with for making the smallest treats look special are amazing! Another benefit of the choccy bars diminishing size is you need less paper to wrap them! Probably your grandsons won't look at at from that point of view though! :D

A great way of decorating Curly Wurly bars, Pinky. Chocolate bars seem to shrink every year. xx
ReplyDeleteThese are really cute Pinky, I'm sure your grandsons will love them. I totally agree about chocolate shrinkflation ... I bought a bag of Crunchie bars and thought I'd got fun sizes!!
