Stash Buster 7

I designed these gift holders a few months back
but only got the chance to make the video!
You just need a 6" x 6" sheet to make one
and they are the perfect size for money or gift card
with a little tag at the back to write on.

This is the back pocket for the tag which you could
add some decoration to if you were inclined.

I have made a bunch to have for a lot of occasions
as that is mostly what we give as gifts now.

You can watch my video tutorial here

Measurements needed to make one
Double sided dsp 2 pieces - 6" x 3"
Score one sheet at 2 1/2"
Score one sheet at 2 1/2", 5 1/2"
Some card to match for decoration
White card for tag - 3 1/4" x 2"

Items I used for mine
Circle Sayings, Warm Hugs and Itty Bitty Birthdays (all SU)
random papers from stash, bow die, melon mambo ink and card

I would like to enter these into

After such a warm night it is now freezing cold and
the wind would cut you!
Walk done, hubby heading to golf so
after a tiny bit of housework I will finish off
bits I need for Christmas.
Who has their tree up?
I need someone to give me a shove in that direction!!

  3. No tree here yet, eldest daughter put hers up yesterday though. Your little gift pockets are just what I need so going to give them a try, just bought garden vouchers for three of the Grandchildren who have new houses and gardens.

  4. I'm starting to think that gift card holders are more useful than cards now as we all tend to buy vouchers rather than actually choosing gifts for people- so difficult to know what to get when we all have so much already. These are are lovely Pinky, will certainly be making some so thanks for tutorial. xx

  6. These are brilliant because our Grandchildren are older now and money or gift vouchers so they can buy what they want -will definitely be making some of these-thank you for the video and instructions. Love all the papers and embellishments and inspiration as I have some cupcake stamps-perfect for birthdays. Really cold and wet here been raining all day! By the way our tree is up---up in the loft lol.
