Gift box tutorial for Unicorn lip balm

My Tuesday Tutorial shows how I made this cute little box
for a Unicorn Lip Balm.
I picked this up in B & M for my daughter's birthday but it didn't come
in any kind of box so I thought I would pretty it up.

You can watch my video here

Measurements needed to follow along:
Card for tag wrap - 8 1/2" x 1 1/2"
score long side - 3/4", 3 1/4", 4 3/4"
card for centre box - 3 1/2" x 3 1/2"
score all 4 sides are 1"
DSP -  two pieces - 1 3/8" x 3/4"
20" of ribbon

I would like to enter this into:
Fab 'n' Funky - boxes, bags and tags
Digi design challenge - anything but a card
