Our challenge for August over at
Make it Masculine
There is a great prize up for grabs so be sure and get those
stamps at the ready and come and join us.
For my card I have used
Winter Woods and Nature's Beauty stamp sets,
and followed the sketch over at Try Stampin on Tuesdays.
The background has all been made using my homemade stencils.
I then stamped the trees and added some twigs to the front.
I love playing around with little scenes like this
but I HAVE SO MUCH TO LEARN!
I do find it very relaxing though.
The hills could have been a shade darker in places
but you live and learn.
Hope you all get a chance to join us this month.

This caught my eye straight away, Pinky, as it looks not dissimilar to the loch close to where I live! Gorgeous scene! The wood effect background goes with it perfectly and gives the design a lovely rustic look.
