Building memories!

Happy Monday!

I have another personalised card for my
Mother-in-law to give to one of her Grandsons.

Cormac is into DIY among other things and with
the Beyond Stamping you get items to put in their hands
and one of them was a drill! Perfect.
So I used Nitwits download called Assembly Required.
I stamped the guy giving him joggers,
hoodie, boots and a drill. Cormac also
has a beard so I added that too.
He has been coloured up using markers.
The wording was all done on my computer
and layered in place.

It's all in the numbers!

Our February challenge is all about numbers
over at
this month.

For my tag I punched my tag base in black
using a tag punch from SU.
I then cut my next layer in white and
stamped the tools using a stamp set
from AALL & Create called garden tools.
I masked them off and inked up my background
in shades of green and blue and then went over
the top with a stencil in white ink.
The tools were then coloured up with markers
and I finished with a sentiment sticker
and some green ribbon.
Not content with that I added some dots using
pearlised enamel effects.

Love Actually!

I was invited to take part in the
challenge for this month and the theme is based around
the movie Love Actually.
One of my MUST WATCH movies every year!
So they would like to see anything around that theme
like love, hearts, valentine etc.

For my card I used an old image from Make it Crafty,
coloured up with markers.
I have used this image so many times for birthdays,
engagements, valentine, anniversary etc,
when I was selling my cards. A definite favourite.
I die cut the love words and border using
a die from Tutti Designs in red card.
I added some hearts from the die around the
couple and matted it onto my red card base.
