Home is where the heart is

I had a request for a new home card
with photos of the house which I tried to
replicate using my stamps.

The papers were free during Sale-a-bration.
The ribbon, flowers and leaves are all retired now.
But the lovely die cut frame is from Ornate Layers dies.
I used the stitched rectangle dies for the sentiments.

The house stamps came from a set called
Coming Home and the stamped sentiments are
from another set called Barn Door, both retired.
I colour the house used smoky slate, crumb cake, bermuda bay
I stamped the flowers from Pop of Petals
in Bermuda Bay ink, punched them out and
made the flowers.

Double Shutter Card

This is another commissioned card I wanted to share.

This one is a Double Shutter card and the die
is from Tattered Lace.
OMG this took me sooooo long running all the bits
through the die cutting machine!
Seriously not worth it!!

The flowers are from Stampin' Up! though.
It's a retired set called Pop of Petals and has a matching punch
so at least that sped up the decorating process!
I also used Butterfly Gala and matching punch.

Another damp day but managed a walk.
My 81 year old Mother-in-law gets her first jab today!
She hasn't been out since her flu jab in October
so she is looking forward to it!

Napkin/Nappy Fold Gift Packs

My Wednesday Tutorial was a special request from a team member.
It's a napkin fold/nappy fold but I took it a step
further and made them in 3 different sizes.
The gold one is made using a sheet of 12 x 12 paper.
The Christmas one is made using 8 x 8 paper.
The smallest one, perfect for table treats/birthday treats
and uses 6 x 6 paper.

You can watch the video here

Flower Power!

I have had this large P lying around for ages just waiting to be decorated
and I had made a video a few weeks ago for my VIP Group showing how
to make some lovely flowers using the Daisy punches so I thought,
right you, it's time to get decorated!

I kept the colours very Autumnal using the regal colours.
The only thing stamped are lots and lots of leaves which I then hand cut!
Definitely a labour of love!

I covered the base in some retired dsp and added my flowers
then filled in the gaps with the leaves.
I am very impressed with myself lol.

Pop of Petals chocolate treat

This was another one of my catalogue gifts.
It contains a chocolate treat and uses lovely bright yellow.
Love these cheerful colours.
It was quick and simple to make and I used pretty dsp from the In Colours selection.
The flower was made using pop of petals punch, some left over ribbon
and a silver gem in the centre.
It was a stamp free zone today lol.
