Stash Buster 8

I made this little gift box for a bauble I bought from Etsy
for my Son and Daughter-in-law.
It is a pet one for their tree.
Sadly this last year they lost their two big dogs,
which broke their hearts!
This was Gino and Suki.

So the bauble (flat) arrived in a little plastic bag
and I wanted it to look a bit nicer.

You can watch my video here

Measurements I used to make it
Card - 3 1/2" x 6 1/2"
Score short side - 1/2" each side
Score long side - 2 1/2", 3", 5 1/2", 6"
Paper to decorate
two pieces at 2 1/4" x 2 1/4"
acetate - 2 1/4" x 2  1/4"

For my project I have used
Blueberry Bushel card (SU)
Winter Meadows paper (SU)
Spellbinders heart dies
Apron of Love stamps (SU)

Card for a male cook

My Monday make is a card for my brother-in-law
who enjoys a bit of cooking!

I used the lovely Apron of Love stamp set along with
Apron Builder framelits.
The papers are from Garden Impressions and In-Colours 6x6 dsp
The matting card is Cajan Craze.

I made the text background by repeat stamping in Grapefruit grove ink
on whisper white base.
All the elements were cut in either silver card or matching dsp.

Apron treat box

I saw a few people doing tutorials on this type of box on YouTube and as I have
this stamp and die set I wanted to use it to make a little New Home gift
for my Son and Daughter-in-law who have been busy moving this weekend.

I used my own measurements to suit the chocolate chip cookies I wanted to pop inside!
I'm pretty pleased with the finished product and so were they.
The biscuits were well received lol.

The inside box is 2" square and I made the handle a lot longer so the contents
could be removed easily.
I think the little tools are so cute!!
