Ice Cream Corner Gift Box

No tutorial today but I did make this box for an up coming birthday.
I have used petal pink card for the main box,
decorating it with papers from the Ice Cream Corner pack.
The sentiment is from the Sweet Ice Cream stamp set
and has been stamped in Terracotta Tile.
The lolly pops where cut from the same
designer paper.
I punched a small star from the paper too.
Would be perfect to fill with those little ice cream cone
jelly sweets 😋

Shaking it up at Ice Cream Corner

This card was made for my Grandson Tom
and I matched it with the little gift box tutorial from yesterday.

This time I made a shaker card which I thought
he would enjoy!!
It's well sealed with foam adhesive strips
as I know he will shake the life out of it lol.
 I have used:

Back to being nice and cosy (though it was 4pm yesterday before oil arrived)
and of course the weather
has picked up giving us a wee bit of heat outside too.
Sods law lol.

Meant to Be Forty Shades of Green!

Happy Monday!
I have been making St. Patrick's Day cards
for my family who all live
in England and Wales.
So I like to remind them where they came from 😁

This one is for my oldest Brother.
It's called a Corner Fold card and a first for me!

I have used
to create the shamrocks as I do not have a shamrock stamp!
The papers are from the

So the noise is back in our area yet again.
From lockdown we have had Virgin Media
digging up the pathways then
we had the water board digging up the roads.
They then had to come back because they made a
mistake and now we have the gas people
digging up the roads again!
Seriously, I understand they have a job to do
but why does it have to start at 6am
and even go through the weekends as well!
The roads are in a total mess,
like a patchwork quilt and the noise!!😡😱

My tutorial today shows how I made
these cute little packages to hold

It definitely won't be a 'get together' day again,
unless they allow us to meet outside!!
So I wanted to start making some little sweet gifts
for them which can be easily delivered to the doorstep.

Nothing much happening here other than crafting
at the minute. Got a new lampshade for my hall,
still have another few bits to finish but not sure
what to get and don't want to be dithering around
the shops!!
Stay safe out there, this is not over!

You melt my heart

This is another Valentine's Day card
for my two Grandsons next door.

It's only a little card - 4" x 3 1/2"
Had to be careful with my colours
as the eldest boy would not be entertaining
red and too many hearts 😂

I thought the sentiment from the
stamp set was just perfect for Valentine's Day.
I stamped the lolly out using
The strip of paper is from the
I took the heart stamp from

along with the sentiment too
all stamped in blackberry bliss.

Snow hasn't hit us yet but is supposed to
be here by tomorrow.
It is icy cold out there and the winds
are building up!
Think we will stay put and maybe
go out to the garage for some exercise
in hubby's homemade gym 😁
Have a great day!

Colour my world!

Our February challenge over at
has a theme of
Colour mWorld

We are sponsored by

out I decided to play around with all the little stamps.
Having gather loads of different ink pads
I inked up the background then proceeded
to stamp in memento in no particular order.

I finished it off with a Bee Crafty sentiment and bird.
The ribbon matched the card base and punched
circles for the sentiment.

Check out all the teams amazing projects here
and hopefully you will be inspired like I was.

Black and white birthday card, maybe not!

I fully intended to leave this card black and white
but I just did not like it at all.
So I went in search of some inspiration and found
this lovely colour combo challenge at
So here it is all coloured up!

Photo not great as I have just finished it
and it's nearly 5pm.
Which do you prefer?

I have used the lovely Ornate Style stamp set
using my wink of stella to colour with.
The sentiment is from Sweet Ice Cream stamp set.

Casing the Catalogue

My card today was taken from an idea in the new catalogue.
It's a great resource when your mojo is struggling!!

I love shopping during Sale-a-bration so I can stock
up on lots of free papers and stamp sets
for the year ahead.
This paper set was one of the freebies called
I simply used a scrap for the background then
cut out a bunch of the blooms and leaves
and made a corner bouquet.
I finished it off with the Happy Birthday,
which I shadow stamped in night of navy and rococo rose inks,
but it hasn't shown up in the photo unfortunately.
The stamp set is from the Sweet Ice Cream bundle.

I finished the card off with some in-colour faceted pearls.

Hubby had to head to dentist today after

When he gets back we will head out for our walk
as the skies are blue!

Will venture out for a walk when some of the ice melts!!
Have a lovely day and be safe xx
