Birthday Folio

Happy Monday!

I am getting a head start on my April birthdays
as it's our busiest month for sure.

So instead of a birthday card for my daughter
I have gone with a birthday folio.
You can see a quick walk through of the insides here

I followed a tutorial from Septeria's Room which you
can find HERE.

I didn't forget to colour one side of her hair lol.
She always has one side black and one white.
Our very own Cruella Deville!!

Items used
Papers - Do Craft - Wellington
Stamps - Love you to pieces,
Love this moment, Framed Florets, Alphabest,
Country Bouquet, Itty Bitty Birthdays (all SU),
and Beyond Stamping.
Some paper lace, charms, vellum and wool
from stash.

Double Post

Our new challenge has started over at
and the optional theme is favourite stamps.

We do of course, have a lovely prize up for grabs!

I had a search through my stamp drawer
and found some Stamping Bella Uptown Girls
which has been a real favourite for
quite a few years.

I used papers from We R Memory Keepers
which I ran through my sewing machine.
I used some green card (SU) and rectangle dies
to matte the image and stamped
and coloured the stamp called Faith the Fairy
with my markers.
The sentiment is from the same set.
I finished with some punched stars.
The birthday sentiment is from
Itty Bitty Birthdays stamp set (SU).
I gave her lots of wink of stella but doesn't
show in the photo.

Our challenge over at
has started and the optional theme is hearts!

We have a lovely prize up for grabs here too

of Penny Black stamps and a £10 Kim MacFarlane digital download
all from Buddly Crafts.

so be sure and get your entries in!

For my card I used some off cuts from an old SU pack
and stitched them together on my sewing machine.
I then made a tag and decorated it up
using stamped hearts from a set called
Country Bouquet (SU).
I added the valentine sentiment over
the top and finished with
some gingham ribbon and an
I Love You sentiment.

Double Post

Our February challenge over at
has begun.
This month we have the option of
Romance/wedding/anniversary
along with anything goes.
Just be sure and include some stamping!

As always, we have a great prize up for grabs

For my card I have used a lovely stamp from AALL & Create
called Fragile Fragments.
The card is a tall slim one and the stamp
fitted it perfectly. I stamped it in black then added
colour using my markers.
I matted it onto black then onto my slim pink card.
I stamped the Valentine sentiment from a stamp set called
Country Bouquet (SU) in pink ink and matted onto black
before adding to my card.
I punched out some small hearts and coloured them
in the same colour and added to card using dimensionals.

Our challenge theme for February over at
is CAS!

We have two prizes consisting of stamps from
a company called Lavinia.

For my card I have used a set from Sheena Crafts called
Just Breathe and Howling at the Moon.
I used the stencil to mask off the white area
and stamped my scene inside.
I then inked it up in red and yellow.
I added faux stitching around the edges along
with stamping Grandson and Happy Birthday.
It was matted onto black card then onto my
white card base.
Other stamps used are Family Party and Sweet Ice cream (SU).
I added some highlights using my white acrylic pen.
