Happy New Year

I have another tag for Michele's theme over at

TAG TUESDAY.

This time I went with New Year for her

Winter Holiday theme.

I used a piece of textured card for my base.

The glass was stamped along with the champagne.

I then inked around the glass in pink ink.

I stamped the year in the glass

then added the sentiment, leaves and strawberry,

all stamped and coloured with markers.

I finished it off with some faux stitching/doodles.

Items used:

Sip Sip Hooray, Itty Bitty Christmas, Make a Difference (SU)

Markers.

It's time for a new theme over at

TAG TUESDAY

and this time Sandie wants to see NUMBERS!

I was searching for a different stamp entirely when I came

across some of my old wooden stamps from

Forever Friends.

I have a handful of these which I kept for the

Grandkids when they spent the day here.

I made my tag base from a lilac card then added some scraps

from HOTP birthday pack along with a paper ribbon.

I stamped some numbers into each circle using

Alphabest and Make a Difference stamp sets (SU).

I coloured up the bear with my markers and cut him out.

I finished with  some ribbon and a sentiment and cut out

from the paper back.

I was well spoiled from a distance 😀

My card today is another commission.

This one for a 70th Birthday.

I have used the gorgeous

True Love papers.

I used the black and white spotty papers

and inked them up using my blending brushes.

It has been paired up with melon mambo card

and ink and I used the stitched rectangle dies

to make a frame for the lovely cake stamp (retired).

The flowers were cut from the True Love papers

and coloured with my blends.

The name was stamped with

Make a Difference stamp set.

It's a beautiful day, at the minute anyway,

so hubby away for some necessities

and hopefully we will get a walk in before lunch.

Dressed to impress for Mother's Day

This is another commissioned

Mother's day Card.

I went all pinks and lots of embossing for this one.

The stamp set is called

Dressed to Impress

and it certainly owes me nothing

as I have definitely made my money back on it!

Love this set.

I embossed and inked up the first layer.

Added a layer of melon mambo card,

another embossed layer

and then I cut out the Ornate layer frame

and used the stitched rectangle dies

to cut out the centre of it.

I stamped out loads of the flowers,

the perfume bottle and shoes.

Coloured them with blends

(melon mambo, granny apple green)

and added to the frame.

I stamped the heart from

Meant to Be stamp set

and added the Mummy

stamped using Make a Difference.

Took me a while this one

but just sat listening to some nice music

and enjoyed the moment 😁
