Art Journal Page 11 - New Wonders!

Art Journal page 11!
Can't believe I have stuck at this very enjoyable project!
My page today started off pretty random. I decided to
cover my page in gesso and then made myself a punched
1" circle stencil and proceeded to ink up the page.
I made a 1/2" circle template and did some using the same ink.
Then I just swished the sponge to create the block of ink underneath.
Now what!! Wasn't sure what way to go but thought it needed
some depth so out came the twinkle twinkle dsp and more punched circles.
Of course that led to the nursery rhyme and that led to the little fairy image.
And so my page was finished!!

I would like to enter this into:
Art Journal - polka dots, stripes, plaids or patterns
a Perfect Time to craft - anything goes
Mix it up challenge - anything goes/option 3d project
More Mixed media - anything goes + option brown

Fable friends

How cute is this little rabbit! Perfect for new babies and Easter
and it comes with lots of other stamps including the very useful grass one!

I decided to match the colours to my little baby toy box from yesterday
to make a perfect gift!

You can check my product list below for all items used.
It was super quick and easy to make with just a little bit of colouring.
I used some blends for his jacket and did his fur with water colouring pencils.

Baby toy gift box tutorial

My Thursday tutorial is a cutie!!
I had bought one of these wee huggie toys for my new Grandson Finbar and totally forgot
to bring it with me to Wales!
So I decided to keep him warm until I got the chance to get him there.
My tutorial shows how to make the box!
Drop back tomorrow to see a cute little card to go with it!

You can watch my video here:

Measurements needed to follow along:
Bottom of box - card - 8 2/8" x 8 2/8"
Score all sides - 2 3/4"
Lid of box - card - 6 3/4" + 1/16" x 6 3/4" +1/16"

(Don't let the 1/16" put you off, it's just another little notch on your ruler)
