Step into your new home!

I had a new home card request and this is what I made.
I love this middle stepper card shape!

I have used:
Stamp Set - At Home with you
Flourish Thinlits flower die, TL side stepper die,
Embellishments - pearls
I have colour the flowers etc with Stampin' Write markers

How I made my card:
1. Cut the base using TL die and white card.
2. Cut the dsp for each section, glue in place.
3. Stamp all the At Home stamps on appropriate coloured card and die cut.
4. Colour where necessary and add dimensionals and build the picture.
5. Continue decoration inside.
6. Using HEX codes do sentiment on computer to match colours.
7. Add pearls to flowers.

Watercolor wishes

I decided to have another go at watercolour using this amazing embossing folder
I teamed it with Grapefruit Grove card
a paintbrush and small jar of water or you could get yourself a pack of

Here is a close up of the colours.

You will need some sort of cutting/embossing machine to achieve this.
You can purchase the Big shot machine here!

How I made my card:
I matted my a5 card base with some Grapefruit Grove card.
I cut a piece of watercolour card to fit nicely over the card.
I ran it through my embossing machine, moving the folder each time,
to achieve a random effect.
Now it's the fun part. I scribbled some ink from each of the stampin write pens
onto my glass mat and set about painting the colours inside the lines of the embossing.
It is quite easy once you get going.
When I had all the flowers and leaves painted I went back into the background
with the blue, fading out as I neared the centre.
I stamped my sentiment in the middle using Grapefruit Grove ink pad
and the stamp is from Beautiful Bouquet stamp set.
I glued it on the grapefruit grove and tied organza ribbon round it all and finished with a bow.

You've got a friend in me!

Hello everyone!
Today I am sharing a sweet little card I made for a friend.
I have used two stamp sets and a bit of masking.
The stamp sets are called
They are jam packed full of the cutest images and sentiments.
I stamped using memento ink and coloured with promarkers
The striped paper is from the Tutti Frutti dsp
and I teamed it up with some Pool Party card.
I also added a tiny little bow made from some linen thread

I finished the inside off with one of the sentiment stamps and the little bird again.
