Travelling on

It's time for some midway inspiration for my theme of
TRAVEL/anything goes over at

For this one I used some background paper from my stash
that was free with a magazine many years ago.
I cut my tag shape then using a stamp set called
Chronology, I stamped over the paper.
I then printed off some items from Nitwits
called Journey and arranged them on
my tag. I finished off with a punched circle
and some bakers twine.

For my ATC I stamped the mini bus onto some
paper scraps using a stamp set called
Driving By (SU).
For the background of my atc I added some
bits of paper from a set called
Classic Garage (SU) and stamped
some tyre marks which I placed the bus.
The letters were stamped, cut and coloured
and I added some punched flowers and gems
to fill in the gaps.
I ran my fine liner around the edge for some
definition.

I hope you get time to join us and remember
we have a lovely prize up for grabs!

Butterfly Gala and Classic Garage!!

This is my April Customer card kit
which you get when you shop with me during April.
It is a lovely easy card to make and I kept the butterflies uncoloured
as I like the black and crushed curry together.

Customer Card Kit April (1)
1.Cut a card base using 1/2 sheet of whisper white.
2. Cut two strips of  classic garage dsp in black measuring
1 1/2" and 1/2" by width of your card.
Cut piece in crushed curry from same pack of dsp measuring
1 1/2" by width of your card.
2. Adhere crushed curry dsp to your black dsp using tape runner.
3. Cut piece of crushed curry ribbon and tie in knot.
Adhere to top black dsp using tape runner, wrapping round back.
Adhere all to your base card adding some double sided tape where ribbon
is on back of your dsp for extra security.
4. Stamp 3 butterflies in momento and punch out.
5. Using the Stamparatus stamp your sentiment in place using memento.
6. Curl wings of butterflies and stick in place using wet glue.
7. Stamp body and antenna onto each butterfly and then add some
wink of stella for extra sparkle.

Male Birthday - geared up garage

Another birthday card for my April birthday list!
I will add a sentiment and name, top and bottom, when I'm ready.
We have lots of boys birthdays this month and most are old enough to drive.

How I made my card:
1. Cut two pieces of DSP measuring 4 7/8" x 3" and using black blender
ink around the edges.
2. Cut a piece of black card 4 7/8" x 2 1/2"
run through corrugated embossing folder
TIP (dampen your card lightly before putting through embossing to prevent breakage)
4. Cut a piece of DSP (plain side) 4 7/8" x 2" and tear edges top and bottom.
5. Mat together all four pieces onto your base card.
6. Stamp the car in black onto red card and cut using matching die.
Stamp sentiment in black onto red card.
Chop sentiment in 3 to add to card.
7. Add all using dimensionals.
8. Finish with a few cogs cut in silver card.
9. A Birthday sentiment and name can be added for appropriate birthday
at a later date.
