Our June challenge theme over at

STAMPING SENSATIONS

is AROUND THE WORLD.

It brought to mind the Jules Verne book Around the world in 80 days!

We have two lovely prizes up for grabs so get your

stamps out and come and join us!

For my card I dug out an very old stamp from Papermania called Chronology. 

I cut a piece of paper to fit my card, stamped some cogs and

matted onto black card.

On the base of the card I stamped more cogs, top and bottom.

I then stamped some cities using Alphabest stamp set.

The globe was stamped, coloured and cut and 3d'd

onto the centre of my card.

I finished with a sentiment from Easter Bunny stamp set.

Funfold Card

We got back from our trip yesterday afternoon.

Totally knackered as the journey takes 4 hours in the car.

But it was well worth it, we had a lovely time.

Weather was brilliant, hotel was perfect and we got lots of

walks in the sunshine. Bit of sight seeing around

Westport House and gardens.

This card was made for my daughter-in-law's birthday today.

Rachel loves all things green and has a great garden

with lots of vegetables and flowers growing right next door!!

As you can see it folds perfectly flat for posting.

I stamped the flowers back and front and doubled them up

so the flower pots would look nice from the back too.

Chocolate Ladybugs!

Happy June!!!

I'm back from my little break

but a day late posting my tutorial!

This week I picked up some ladybird chocolates and decided to

make a cute little box to package them up.

You could fit two ladybirds in there if you wanted.

Our new challenge theme over at

has been chosen by the lovely Sandie and she wants to see

anything nautical!

My tag today is a digital one as I'm away for a few days.

I used Nitwits papers and embellishments to make

a round tag.

Beep beep!

It's the second week of Valerie's challenge

TRAVEL over at

TAG TUESDAY.

I used the Driving By stamp set again,

this time using the car stamp.

I stamp a mirror image to get them going in two

directions. I also used the left over pieces from

my card on Friday to create the background.

The cars have been coloured using my blends.

The sentiments are all hand written 🙈.

As I keep my tags as dividers for my diary/journal

I decided to add an extra bit of width to this tag

so I could punch holes to add to my book.

I finished with a piece of stapled ribbon.
