Anything at Tag Tuesday

Over at TAG TUESDAY this fortnight

it is my turn to choose the theme and I have gone with

ANYTHING GOES!!

No excuses, come and join us with the scraps off your table!!

I used a lovely AALL & Create set.

I inked up the background in granny apple green and

seaside spray inks and simply stamped on top.

I finished with some black lacy ribbon stapled in place.

Happy Monday!

Today I am sharing my midway card for the challenge over at

STAMPING SENSATIONS

where the theme is anything stamped option CAS.

We have a lovely prize up for grabs so please come

For my card I have used Forever Fern  (reduced at the minute) and old olive ink

and blends. I stamped some little splashes around the edges of the leaves.

I then hand embossed a line around the edge of the card using my scoreboard for

some definition and finished with a stamped sentiment.

Very quick and easy and definitely CAS!

With our wee Squirt gone we now have a rat in the garden shed.

Zigzag funfold card

I have a zigzag card shape today.

I haven't made one in a long while so thought it was time

for a refresh.

We have another birthday this weekend as our Grandson Tom

turns 8. I spent an exhausting morning trying to get him a descent

tracksuit! Shops are coming down with those sweatshirt type

but I really wanted the polyester ones, must better wearing.

So disappointed with what I got but nothing else for it.

Back home complete pooped!!

Tealight Gift Packages

Green and yellow!!

I hope you all had a lovely Easter!

Weather got a bit wild on Easter Sunday but thankfully

stayed dry!!

I'm back with another tag for Wendy's challenge theme over at

TAG TUESDAY.

This time I got the colours right ie GREEN and YELLOW.

I have gone with Sweet Songbirds stamp set,

stamping the fence over my yellow and green background inking.

The little bird was stamped and cut out and I added a few

notes around him.

Happy Easter!

This will probably be my last post till next week.

Having a little break this weekend and it's also our

eldest Grandson Oliver's 15 birthday so will be going to that

on Easter Sunday.

I wanted to share my last little makes for the boys.

I found this cute poem on Pinterest and set about making these

poop bags for them. They will get a laugh out of them

and hopefully share the sweets as there is quite a bag full!!

I also wanted to share this amazing prize I won from the

lovely Kaylin over at Try Stampin' on Tuesday!

I am lucky enough to win prizes now and then but NEVER receive them.

I won four last month and never even got a reply from my email.

So sending a BIG thank you to Kaylin as I know this parcel

cost a fortune to post.

So have a great Easter and thanks so much for all your lovely

comments and support these past few months.

It has been greatly appreciated.

No chocolate for me as my IBS is not my friend at the minute

so I have to be very good but enjoy it if you can!

Blue and green for Spring!

Our new challenge theme over at

TAG TUESDAY

has been chosen by Wendy and she wants to see

Spring colours yellow and green.

I have gone with my Easter bunny stamp set

and this time coloured him with watercolour pencils.

I used some retired papers for the background layers

and added some die cut foliage using Forever Flourishing dies.

I punched a few flowers for the front,

gave him a little bow and a larger one to finish the tag.

CAS at Stamping Sensations

I have gone with CAS for my card.

Not something I do a lot but we all need a challenge now and then.

I have opted for daffodils.

The back base is pretty parakeet.

I then stamped the daffodils and butterfly, coloured them with blends

and added some blue to the background.

I dotted here and there with a blue gel pen

and finished with the sentiment.
