First Communion card

My card today is for a First Communion.

A special day in lots of little lives every year.

I used a brand new stamp set for this one which is called

Inspired Events

It covers occasions like Christening, Baptism, Blessings, Confirmation and Holy Communion.

Perfect! It also has lovely little roses, a cross, a dove, fancy corner stamps, border stamps etc.

It's well worth the spend in my opinion.

I teamed this one with pool party card and pool party ink.

I will come back again with more samples as I like to make at least 4 projects

with any stamp set I buy.

Hello everyone!

Today I am sharing a sweet little card I made for a friend.

I have used two stamp sets and a bit of masking.

The stamp sets are called

Bella and Friends & Pretty Kitty

They are jam packed full of the cutest images and sentiments.

I stamped using memento ink and coloured with promarkers

and stampin write pens.

The striped paper is from the Tutti Frutti dsp

and I teamed it up with some Pool Party card.

I also added a tiny little bow made from some linen thread

I finished the inside off with one of the sentiment stamps and the little bird again.

Lip Balm Box

My tutorial this week is very good for your lips!!

Hehe.

I have made a cute little container that holds 3 Lip Balms and makes a lovely gift.

Of course I have used my gorgeous DSP from Share What you Love bundle.

The ribbon is also from this bundle.

The measurements needed are:

Card, double sided, measuring 5 1/4" x 7 1/2"

Score the 5 1/4" side - 1/2", 1 1/4", 4", 4 3/4"

Score the 7 1/2" side - 3/4", 3 1/2", 4 1/4", 7"

Cut away parts as shown in video.

Thank You card

I have a Thank You card to share with you all today.

I got this fabulous stamp set last week,

and you can get it too when you earn enough Stampin' Up! points

by hosting a party!

I was super excited to get this set. It's called

Hand Delivered

and is not actually available to buy, it's just for Hostesses!!

I teamed it up with some of my lovely 6 x 6" Tutti Frutti DSP

I also used the Tabs for Everything stamp set,

all stamped with the new Grapefruit Grove ink pad.

The boy on the left is actually the skirt stamp which I turned into trousers,

and I have cropped the feet off both images too.

The image has been stamped onto a whisper white card circle then

coloured using promarkers.

I embellished it by punching some little flowers and adding gems and organza ribbon.

The ends of the sentiment have been punched using the

Tailored tag Punch

One sheet mini album!

Closes with a magnetic catch.

Each pocket holds a tag for photos and wording.

I had a busy morning with a sick grandchild to mind and another to collect at 12 so only getting

to post now.

I decided to make a one sheet mini album!

A perfect little gift for a Grandparent, proud Mum or Dad or just

for anyone to keep some photos and precious memories, that won't take up

loads of handbag space! Plus it has a magnetic closure so won't pop over unexpectedly.

Dimensionals, mini glue dots and Wet Glue

Simply Scored

I stamped the wording in Berry Burst and flowers in Lemon Lime Twist

and coloured them with promarkers

Closure made using magnets and circle framelits

I will hopefully do a tutorial showing how to make one,

but today I'm just showing off lol.

The little tags inside are 2" wide, perfect for my tag top punch.

I have added photos of my three Grandsons and I have another page left

for a little Granddaughter some day (hopefully).

How to make a Ladybird treat holder

I have been busy making these cute ladybird chocolate gift holders

for my May customers. Are they not adorable!!

They are quick and easy to make and, I think, they would be well received by anyone.

I have used the gorgeous TUTTI FRUTTI 6 x 6'' paper pack

You get two per sheet.

It has two score lines and two punch holes to make it.

I also used the 1 1/2" circle punch and 1 3/8" scallop punch

along with a Thank You stamp from a brand new hostess stamp set coming in June!

I used Real Red card from the Brights collection, Dimensionals

and Real Red Ink pad.

I have a You Tube tutorial to show how to make it

Dapper card and gift box

Today I decided to make a card and gift box which I think would be suitable for

Father's Day or a male birthday.

They were super quick and easy to make!!
