Measurements needed to follow along:
DSP for bag - 1 1/2" x 11 1/2"
Score at 1/2", 2 1/2", 8 1/2", 9"
Score other side - 1/2", 4", 6", 9 1/2"
DSP for tie
1 1/2" x 5 3/4"
