Time has a wonderful way.......

The theme at TAG TUESDAY this time was chosen by
Michele and she wants to see clocks/time.

I have used a die cut circle, stamped some clocks
and cogs in memento from a stamp set called
Chronology from Papermania.
The sentiment has been printed, torn and inked using
balmy blue ink.
I inked round the edges of the circle and finished with
a stapled ribbon.

I hope you all had a lovely Christmas.
Ours was really good! We had a Christmas Eve get together
in my son's house then we had them all (14 in total) for
Christmas breakfast then a nice relaxed afternoon
just the three of us.
Gearing up now for a New Year's Day get together
in our house again.
We were all very careful, taking a test before we got together
and we will do the same again on New Year's Day!
Better safe than sorry, but so nice to have the family all together again.

Rockin' with Santa

OK so there is always one card short, right??
I needed one for my Son next door but don't tell him lol.
I used that lovely Papermania Santa stamp again and went with a
rocker style card which was totally inspired by my lovely friend
Chrissy who makes the most amazing rocker cards ever!!

The largest circle dies I have are these wavy ones from Tattered Lace.
I cut two layers for the base (one in white and one in poppy red), and stamped snowflakes from
Snowman Season in StazOn pigment snowflake ink.
I then cut two circles and gutted one to form a frame.
I added some retired paper to the inside of the frame then
stamped and coloured my Santa.
The sentiment is computer generated, cut and stuck
in place.

See you on the other side!! Have a good one
and be careful out there!

Merry Christmas Tag

It's the second week of my 'anything Christmas' theme at
and for this tag I just had a play with some masking,
stencilling and stamping!
Very quick, easy and fun and perfect for batch making
at this late stage!!

I used Basic Pattern Decorative Masks,
Penguin Place stamp set for trees and stars,
Sentiment is from Snowman Season stamp set.
The background was created using my blending brushes
and balmy blue ink pad.

I hope you get time to join us.

Another busy week in the O'Hagan household.
My daughter had her offer accepted on a house
and the mortgage and valuation have all gone through too!
That will be 3 new home moves for 3 of my kids this year!
And between minding Grandkids, shopping, crafting,
decorating and entertaining I'm ready to lie down in a dark
room with some chocolate and a Christmas movie lol.
In case I don't get any blogging done between now and Christmas
I hope you all have a lovely one!

New Home

Today I am sharing my midway post for
where the challenge is
'choose your theme and stamp it'.

I had a new home card to make for my Son and family
so decided to go with a fun fold die from Tattered Lace and a bit of paper piecing.
The stamp sets I used are from Stampin' Up! called
Coming Home, Signs of Santa, Enjoy Life, Nature's Beauty
and the dies for the trees are In The Woods Framelits.
The little birds were stamped too but very fiddly to cut out!
The papers are called Ice Cream Corner.

I hope you get time during this busy season to join us as
we have a lovely prize up for grabs

Anything Christmas at Tag Tuesday

It's my turn to choose the theme at
and as it's so close to Christmas now,
I thought I would go with anything Christmas.

This tag was made for my youngest Grandson Finbar's
Christmas gift.
I was lucky enough to win a prize recently,
and inside the package was this gorgeous Santa stamp
from Papermania.
I cracked him open right away and had a lovely relaxing time
colouring him up.
The papers are retired ones from Stampin' Up! and they have
been matted onto some coastal cabana card.

I hope you get time to join in my theme this fortnight.

Our December challenge at
is
CHOOSE A THEME AND STAMP IT!!

Our prize this month is a brilliant one from Stix2 with about £30 worth of very
useful items for crafters!

For my card I have chosen a Christmas theme and made a card
for my Mother-in-law.
The stamps and dies are all from Stampin' Up! but retired ones.
I stamped the town and stars then inked up my background.
Added some stamped silhouettes and a sentiment.
The star has been die cut from the same bundle.

I hope you get time to join us during this busy month!
