I have started my St. Patrick's Day makes and this is the first one.
My tutorial shows how to make little vellum envelopes that
hold a decorated gold coin.
I mean you can't celebrate St. Patrick's Day without a gold coin,
can you!!!

Vellum - 4 5/8" x 4 5/8"
First score on your envelope punch board - 2 3/8"
