It's my midway post for our challenge over at
where the lovely Lynn has chosen the theme
add some text or anything goes
so long as you make a tag, an ATC or a bookmark.
I started with a black background to which
I added a white piece covered in
pink acrylic paint and then stencilled
with a dark pink using a text stencil
from Crafters Companion.
Next I added a torn piece of the pink text
paper (SU), slipping a piece of lace underneath
it for added texture.
I finished with the butterflies in pink
from AALL & CREATE and
some sticker words.
I would like to enter this into

For my ATC I used a piece of card
cut to size made using my gel plate
with acrylic paint and some bubble wrap..
I added a strip of lace and then some
torn text paper in yellow (SU).
I stamped the mushroom using a set called
Happy Hedgehogs, coloured up with markers.
Next I text the little fairy from Lavinia stamps
in black.
I stencilled a circle for the moon
and finished with some sticky words.

I love the torn effect you've used it looks wonderful. Your pink tag combines the text beautifully with those fab butterflies. The ATC again uses text so well and the lovely addition of lace on both. Thanks also for sharing your ATC with us at Allsorts.

Truly lovely! I love those gorgeous shades of pink. Wonderful papers and two breathtaking butterflies. The lace is impressive. A magnificent composition. The butterflies are also beautifully colored. All in all, your tag is simply stunning—it must be a joy to use, for instance while reading a book.

Your tag has such a feminine fell to it Pinky, colour, lace and Butterflies all add to that feel. And Dana sits so nicely on the shroom on your ATC, very pretty.
