It's the second week of my
HOT COLOURS theme over at
For this tag I used my inks and a wet broad brush
to create watercolour stripes in red and yellow.
I used artistically inked stamp set for the tag.
The flowers was stamped in poppy parade and the leaves
in daffodil delight. I layered it up in the centre of the tag
and added a sentiment.
It was finished with a punched out bow and a brad.

I am finally seeing some light at the end of the tunnel.
Energy levels are picking up and I have been able to go out
for some short walks.
Hopefully back to normal service soon lol.
Why does everything take so much longer to improve
when we get older!!

Since I have missed a few of your posts, I had to go back and see why you were unwell, OH! Poor you, I had flu many years ago, so know a little of what you have been through, it's definitely not just a cold is it? Good to see you are making "strides" into your recovery! I love your hot tag, great design and love the flower.
