This card was made for a very caring, gentle girl
who has a birthday coming up soon.
The papers where not tall enough to fit my card so
I dug into my scraps and patched pieces together
with lace and my sewing machine.
The stamp set is from Woodware called Bubble Bloom
and I have decorated it up with card candi and gems.
I used markers to colour the leaves and machine stitched
around the stamped area.
I finished with some punched pieces for the sentiment
and stamped and coloured the butterfly to match.

Very pretty in pink, well done for piecing the scraps together. Lovely to see the card candi too - not used any of that for ages although there is some in my stash

This is so pretty and feminine Pinky, the soft pinks are are lovely, clever way to 'stretch' your papers to fit, the lace covers the joins beautifully and adds to the design. Love the stitching and card candi flower too.

I used to have some of that candi. I have no idea where it is now. Hidden somewhere in my craft room I suppose. Perhaps I should seek it out as I really like the effect you have achieved with your lovely bubble stamp. Perfect for a gentle girl xx
