Double Post

Our September challenge has started over at
and the optional theme this month is CAS.

We have a lovely prize up for grabs along with a few random
prizes midmonth and end of month so be sure and join us!

For my card I used a stamp from Creative Expressions
called Above the Roof Tops.
I used memento ink and my stamping board to
be sure and get a good stamp with no missed bits!
The sentiment is from an old SU set called
Snowman Season.
Very quick, easy and clean and simple.

Our new challenge over at
has also started and the option theme is
make it cute!

We have two lovely prizes up for grabs here
so come and join us!!

For my card I pulled out an old stamp set from Gorjuss Girls.
She was stamped then coloured with markers.
For my background papers I used some gingham from my stash.
I added a layer of lace then ran it all through
my sewing machine.
I finished it off with some punched daisies (SU)
and some foam leaves and a sparkly gem.

The Christmas scene works very well in the monochromatic colours Pinky. Very cute second card, that little miss looks like she's got attitude, recognise the stance.

Beautiful CAS Christmas card. I love the simplicity of your work. It looks really fantastic. It's great to see Santa throwing out all the presents, sweets, and stars to reach all the houses and their residents. Truly a perfect traditional scene.
Thank you for sharing this fantastic card in the last Everybody Art Challenge.
Hugs, Uschi

These are all lovely cards Pinky. And they both work for our Try It On Tuesday children's theme. That little curl is very cute, and I really like the lace texture across the center of the ink gingham. You have some wonderful details there. Thanks for sharing these at Try It on Tuesday. hugs-Erika
