Autumn has arrived!

Our new challenge has started over at
and the optional theme is Autumn.

We have a lovely prize up for grabs so be sure and join us.
£25 gift voucher!

For my card I used some old paper from a pack I
bought in Lidl many years ago.
It is gorgeous paper. The squirrels and leaves are embossed
and glittered.
I used my plank embossing folder (SU) for a band
across the card which also had ink added.
I then stamped the leaves, corn and pumpkins using
Gather Together stamps and dies (SU).
I coloured the pumpkins and corn with markers.
I added a piece of jute along the bottom
of my border for some texture.
The sentiment was stamped on the border
then I arranged everything in place.

Our challenge has now started over at
and the optional theme there is also Autumn!
So you get to enter your card into two challenges.

We of course, have a lovely prize up for grabs.
I really want this prize myself!!!

For my card I used a set called Autumn Days
which I got from Simply Cards & Papercraft many moons ago.
The background was inked with my blending brushes,
the trees stamped in brown and the
leaves were stamped in orange, green, yellow and brown
along the bottom.
I then stamped the sentiment in orange.
I added a bit of sparkly braid along the left of
my card then mounted it onto some orange card.

The Squirrel DP is just perfect as a backdrop for the Autumnal elements focally on your first card Pinky. The treescape scene on the second card has a lovely tranquil feel to it.

I love both these gorgeous cards. The warm colours on the first one are just so beautiful and the lovely scene on the second card is very true, all the leaves gently falling to the ground, just love it. xx

Both are beautiful autumnal cards Pinky, love the dp you've used on the first and the cluster of stamped pumpkins and leaves is gorgeous. The second captures the feel of autumn perfectly with the leaves drifting gently to the ground, really lovely.

Great autumnal cards, Pinky. The squirrel paper makes a great background on your first card. Your atmospheric scene on your second card is beautiful.
