I took a bit of time out to start on my Christmas card stash.
Both these cards were made using Lisa Horton's
Poinsettia and Holly stencil/emboss/diecut set.
One has been stencilled then embossed
the other has been embossed then stencilled.
There are subtle differences to the finished look and
I'm not sure which I prefer. More practise needed!
The sentiment is from an SU set called Itty Bitty christmas.
The ink colours I used are
Garden green, old olive, early expresso, poppy parade
and cherry cobbler. All from Stampin' Up!

Two fabulous poinsetta cards Pinky - love the dimension you get form the embossing and stencilling together. I can't really see the difference in the pictures - my eyesight isn't what it was .. but both are gorgeous! Thanks so much for joining in with my "Christmas In July" challenge at Allsorts this week.
