Flourishing phrases sympathy card

My Friday make is another sympathy card.

For this one I went with white and balmy blue, keeping everything very soft.

I followed the design inside on the insert.

I started with a white base and added an embossed piece of white using the

Pinewood Planks embossing folder.

I layered up some Flourishing Phrases flowers which I had cut

and added some pearls to the centres.

The leaves are also stamped in balmy blue but off stamped first to keep them

very pale.

I stamped two butterflies in same colour and punched with the punch.

The sentiment was stamped onto whisper white and punched

using the tailored tag punch.

I'm pretty pleased with the result.

My card today is a half tri fold card but I totally forgot to take a photo from the side.

I made another gift box from my Tuesday tutorial and wanted a matching card.

This is a 6"  x a4 length which I scored at 1/2", 4", 7 1/2".

I matted the front and inside using the opposites of the dsp

and used the half inch fold to hold my knotted ribbon in place.

Butterfly gala gift box with envelope punch board

My Tuesday tutorial shows how I made this lovely envelope box

to hold a gift I bought for my sister.

You will need the envelope punch board to follow along

but it is such an amazing tool you will not regret getting one!!
